Luminus Consult is an Indigenous Namibian Technology Company incorporated in 2008. It is founded on very solid values of empowering our people who are our staff and customers, providing above average service to our customers and being a good corporate citizens. Our main objective is to be the partner of choice for organizations that are taking their technology seriously. This is manifested in our motto “Get IT right the first time”.

Vision
We are committed to providing constantly innovating and value-based solutions that cater for our Customer's varied IT Technical challenges. The Customer Relationship Management system focuses on identifying business needs of our customer that are yet to surface and innovating new solutions/services around these yet-to-be-realized needs. This helps to keep us constantly ahead of our peers and provides the all-important market differentiator to our vertical. Our approach is to follow a thorough analysis of customer needs to enable the identification of each organization's unique challenges and opportunities.

Luminus Consult simply go by the simple paradigm of ‘customer is king’. We go to unbelievable levels of customer service and satisfaction. We ensure that the client has in place an SLA level that minimizes business interruptions.

Although we are still an SME, we have forged strategic partnerships with internationally acclaimed companies such as Mahindra Satyam, Focus Infotech, and LocusIT. With such partners, we have the capability to deliver services and products at levels unmatched by any other in Namibia.

Our Managing Director is an individual with extensive experience in business process management and renewal, designing internal controls, information technology assurance and telecommunications. He has worked for big internationals like Deloitte & Touche, Pricewaterhousecoopers and; locally, he has lectured at the Polytechnic for twelve years, and part time lecturer at UNAM for three years.

Because our country has an acute shortage of IT skills, our strategy is to acquire and retain these scarce skills. We train our staff continuously and forge partnership that will develop our skills.

Luminus Consult is responding to the call from our government to create jobs and also develop skills for the country. We are very committed to the development of our people through continuous education programmes, trade certifications, seminars, and by partnering with organizations that have an enabling infrastructure.

Our staffs are the uncut diamonds; we mentor and train them into consultants of international acclaim. They are the most precious asset of Luminus.
